Connie came to Cadence in December 2006, and is thrilled to find a part-time job in ministry using her accounting skills.  Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, she attended Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, then transferred to the University of Alabama in Huntsville where she graduated  with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, minoring in Computer Science.  She and her husband, with their 2 daughters, moved to Colorado in 1995.  After losing her husband to cancer in 2003, she started looking for a job ministering to people.  Connie remarried in 2006 and she and Bill now have a blended family of 4 sons and 2 daughters, 4 of which are currently in college.
