Tim and Bobbi began ministering with Cadence in 1987 as summer relief for Travis Hospitality House in Fairfield, CA. They enjoyed the ministry and felt that God was leading them into full time service. They then went to Schweinfurt Hospitality House in Germany from 1988-1991 where God had them ministering during the Gulf war. There they saw many soldiers place their faith in God and go on to serve him.
After returning to the states, Tim went on to get his Masters Degree at Multnomah Biblical Seminary. They then went back to Germany in 1993 and started the Karlsruhe Hospitality House, which unfortunately closed 6 months later due to the draw down, and they moved on to run the Mannheim Hospitality House. After taking a 9 year break and pastoring a small church in Northern California, they felt God leading them back to Cadence, and in 2005 returned to directorship of the North Country Hospitality House at Ft. Drum, NY, where they are currently serving and loving the troops of the 10th Mountain Division (the most deployed soldiers in the US military).
They have two grown children, Lynnea - serving with YWAM in Perth, Australia, and their son, Allan - living in Portland, OR with his new wife, Elizabeth, who is attending Multnomah University. Although they have an empty nest - they will never have an empty home, as they are "mom and dad" to many young soldiers at Ft. Drum.
