I have been part of Cadence (OCSC) my whole life. My family and I were missionaries in the Philippines. My family was there for 17 years; I joined them while they were ministering at Clark AB, and stayed there until I was 10 years old. My fondest memories in life include growing up in a hospitality house. I always say that Cadence is in my blood.

Since the year 2000 I have been reconnected with Cadence. I helped out at HQ for a year in the Human Resources Department. It was during this time that the Lord starting growing in my heart a love for women in the military and the women of Cadence. Over the next few years I was able to be a part of ongoing discussions about women in ministry and with Cadence. I officially came back to Cadence in 2006 and in 2007 joined the mission as the Human Resources Mentor to Women.

The new adventure with Cadence that I am a part of is... Foreign Military Ministry. I will be joining a wonderful team of missionaries who live and minister in SE Asia. Women's ministry is what I will be doing, but now in Cambodia. It feels a bit full circle to get to return to Asia...which has been a heart's desire of mine for many years.

It is exciting to be preparing to be on the front lines of ministry and to be going to a very needy place. My heart has been captured by the beautiful women of Cambodia!
