The Dices have been with Cadence since 1983. Ron served as the Chief Financial Officer until 2006 when he retired.  Liz worked in the receipting department for ten years.  They attend Bethany Evangelical Free Church where Ron leads a weekly care group and assists with administration, preschool oversight and church-wide social functions. They have two adult children, Duane and Dawn.
