Online Donations - Questions


Do I have to create a Donation Account to give to Cadence International or to a Cadence missionary or project?

No. An account is not needed to donate to Cadence International online. Setting up an account is a service to you for your convenience and ability to edit your giving information. With an account you can set up recurring and future transactions, track your past donations, print off donation receipts, and cancel transactions that you have previously set up.  Without an account, you will only receive a donation receipt by email. If you have not created an account, but need to change your giving, you can always contact Cadence Donor Services.

I have a donation account but I do not see all my donation history to Cadence International.

Your online donation account will allow you to see future credit or debit card donations after you have created your account. These are the only transactions you will be able to see. You must also login to give any new donations in order for them to show up in your donation account history.  If you have questions about past donations by Credit Card, Debit Card, EFT, or check, please contact Donor Services (303.762.1400 or 1.800.396.6680 or donate@cadence.org).

 


How do I change my contact information?

To change the email address where your receipt will be sent for credit or debit card donations, please change your address within your donation account. If you wish to update your mailing address or other contact information with Cadence International, please contact Donor Services: 303.762.1400 or 1.800.396.6680 or donate@cadence.org.


I am currently giving by Automatic Withdrawal out of my bank account, but I now want to use my debit or credit card to give recurring gifts. How do I change this?

Our Donor Services team is here to help you change this. (Download a document with the below instructions).

Follow these two steps: 
1.   Cancel your Automatic Withdrawal  (Please allow 7 business days for processing)

 **Please include your Donor Number in your email or have it available when you call if possible

2.   Go to www.cadence.org/donate and set up your account (see above)

How do I give a donation to a Cadence missionary or special project?

Please make all checks payable to Cadence International. To specify a certain missionary or project, please include a separate note with that information on it. The IRS states that missionaries’ names or specific projects should not be written anywhere on the check.
