Jeff was introduced to Cadence International through a mission’s conference.  Cadence attended several mission’s conferences at Carver Bible College and he met David Schroeder and Paul Bradley.  During their visits they invited him to become a part of the Board of Directors.
 
Jeff currently serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at Carver Bible College.  Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies in 1996.  He then attended and completed his Master degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.  Previously, Jeff has been employed as the Director of Admissions, professor and Director of Professional studies at Carver.  During his time at Carver, Jeff has had the opportunity to serve as a short-term missionary in Africa and Europe.  He has also had opportunity to serve in Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Germany and Jamaica.  Additionally, Jeff has served as a singles pastor and elder of pastoral care.  While serving on the Board of Directors he hopes to be a voice for diversity as well as a mobilizing African Americans to participate in military ministry.
 
Jeff has been married to Gerri for twenty-seven years and they have three boys:  Ryan who is married and has one daughter; Jeremy; and Shannon.  Jeff recognizes that if he has had any success as a husband and father, a professor, and a minister of the Gospel, it is to be attributed to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
