Life is all about relationships – first with God, then with people. The Bamberg Hospitality House is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to reaching out with the good news of Christ, and to helping singles, marrieds, and families grow in obedience to the two greatest commandments: 1) Love God, and 2) Love People. Each Friday night we enjoy visiting over dinner together – join us! We start at about 6:30. At 7:45 we have Bible study each week. Childcare is available for the whole evening. Friday nights have been a “mainstay” of the Bamberg ministry for many years, but we also host other studies and events on other nights from time to time. Grab a bunk and stay the whole weekend if you’d like! On Saturdays we often go for a hike or day-trip, etc. On Sundays we enjoy supporting the Protestant service on post. Biography of Matt & Tina Huisjen

Matt & Tina met at Colorado State University and married in 1991. After they both attended Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, OR, Matt became an Army Reserve chaplain. In 1998 they moved to Germany to continue the ministry of the Bamberg Hospitality House. They have five kids: Madeline, Jesse, Toby, Bridget, and Dustin.
