Missionary Adult Ministry Serving in Yokosuka, Japan Japan◄ Back to Missionaries
After working for almost twenty years in the defense contracting arena and graduating from Denver Seminary, Lou Rozmiarek – and his wife Cathy - joined Cadence International, a mission organization dedicated to serving military personnel and their families. The Rozmiareks have spent most of the last four years as Hospitality House Directors in Kaiserslautern, Germany serving the Air Force stationed at Ramstein Air Base. They begin their new assignment as directors of the Lighthouse at Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan in June 2013. They have a daughter, Katie, who graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in the spring of 2012. Katie is now pursuing her career as an elementary school teacher and is recently engaged to Forrest Bowlick, a fine young man she met at college. They are planning a summer wedding in 2014. The Rozmiareks leisure time is spent reading, playing golf, and scrapbooking (Cathy). They feel incredibly blessed to have the privilege of loving and serving all of the people who enter their lives through their ministry.
