I grew up in a Christian family in Oregon and met Christ at an early age. I always wanted to be a missionary and participated in many types of local and overseas ministries. At The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, California, I majored in Christian Education and obtained a license to teach elementary school. Shortly after beginning to teach in Oregon, I learned about Cadence International and Cadence Student Ministries (formerly Malachi). God confirmed my love for teens and drew me into youth ministry; I began pursuing ministry with Cadence Student Ministries. Now, instead of teaching math and English, I teach teens to walk with God. It’s the most wonderful thing!
